Randstad is seeking a Receptionist for an indefinite temporary Receptionist opening in Charleston. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 consecutive years of front office experience in a professional office environment, intermediate MS Office skills, and excellent organizational skills. The hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm and the pay is $12hr.

Typical Duties:

*Answering and transferring incoming calls

*Greeting and announcing guests

*Copying, faxing, scanning and filing documents

*Typing correspondence

Working hours: 8:30AM-5PM


Minimum Requirements:

*At least 2 years of consecutive Receptionist/Front Office experience in a professional environment

*Intermediate MS Office skills

*Excellent customer service and organizational skills

*Friendly and professional demeanor
